Stationery Direct
is owned and operated by Phillip Banfield. The business was established in 2003 as a promotional business, placing company or personal details onto pens as a promotional tool. We quickly established a market for our promotional range of pens, and decided to try the product out in retail market. We placed the pens into News agencies and to our surprise (not really) they were a great success (and are now more popular than ever).
Since then our client base has grown and we have established markets in Northern NSW, Brisbane & Gold Coast, Melbourne and Country Victoria. Once again, we have enjoyed continuing success with our range of pens.
Stationery Direct, will begin with a range of stationery from our suppliers that will cover the majority of stationery sold into news agencies.
Stationery Direct will also offer promotions each month, this which will be on the home page of our web site (i.e. www.stationerydirect.com.au). Your representative will also introduce the monthly specials during their normal call period.
Our new strategy will concentrate on in store representation for manufactures who wish to have a more significant presence in news agencies. These companies will also be able (through Stationery Direct) to introduce and trial new products. Stationery Direct will also provide an in store service which will manage existing products and stock levels. This will be of great benefit to the retailer by eliminating over stocked items.
